2. Accounts & 3-Day Free Trial

To access our advanced features, you must create an account. We offer a trial period to allow you to experience the power of ViraMagic:

• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• All activities, generations, and outputs that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.
• It is strictly forbidden to share, sell, or rent your account access or purchased credits to any third party.

ViraMagic management reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in suspicious activities or abusing the system architecture, without compensation.

3. AI Usage & Generated Content

ViraMagic relies on highly advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate text, strategies, code, and audits. Please be aware of the following:

• AI is a productivity assistant, not a replacement for human review. You agree to review and verify all generated outputs before using them in live advertising campaigns or commercial applications.
• ViraMagic bears no legal or financial responsibility for any losses, ad account bans, or damages incurred due to the implementation of strategies or copy generated via our platform.
• It is strictly prohibited to use our tools to generate content that is illegal, promotes hate speech, constitutes spam, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Payments, Credits, & Refunds Policy

Our platform operates on a SaaS model utilizing Credits to power the heavy AI processing:

• Post-Trial Billing: If you do not cancel before your 3-day free trial ends, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Credits are deducted the moment you click "Generate" or submit a prompt. Credits cannot be restored if a valid output is successfully generated.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and the extremely high server costs associated with AI processing, all sales and subscription charges are final and non-refundable once billed.
• In the rare event of a server-side technical failure where credits are deducted without an output being generated, please contact our technical support team for credit reimbursement.

5. Data Privacy & Security

We deeply respect your privacy. The inputs you provide (such as company names, budgets, industry niches, and competitor URLs) are used strictly in real-time to process your request through the AI engine.

We do not sell your private business data or generated strategies to third-party data brokers. However, a history of your generated logs is securely encrypted and stored within your dashboard to allow you easy access to your past work. You can delete your history at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

All services are provided "AS-IS" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding 100% accuracy, guaranteed return on investment (ROI), or specific profit generation. Estimates provided by the AI (such as budget allocations, search volumes, or audience metrics) are based on general market data modeling and may vary in real-world scenarios.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to hold ViraMagic, its founders, developers, and affiliates completely harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services.
