1. General Overview
At ViraMagic, we strive to provide the most powerful AI marketing tools available. However, due to the nature of our product—which incurs high, non-recoverable computational costs to third-party AI providers (like Google and OpenAI) every time a generation occurs—we adhere to a strict No-Refund Policy.
Once you generate a strategy, script, or image, the server resources are consumed instantly, and the resulting data is delivered to you. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for used credits or active subscriptions.
2. The 3-Day Free Trial
To ensure our platform is the right fit for your business before you commit financially, we offer a risk-free trial period.
✨ Universal 3-Day Trial: We confidently offer a 3-Day Free Trial on all 3 of our paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Ultra). You are granted full access to the features of your selected tier for 72 hours. A payment method is required to activate the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the trial window expires.
- It is entirely your responsibility to evaluate the tools and platform capabilities during this 3-day period.
- If you cancel within the 3 days, your account will revert to the free tier (or be paused), and no charges will be made.
- If you fail to cancel before the trial ends, our payment processor will automatically charge your card for the full amount of the selected subscription plan. Refunds will not be granted for forgotten cancellations.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
ViraMagic operates on an auto-renewing subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation ensures you will not be billed for the next cycle.
- Access after Cancellation: Even after cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Exceptions & Server Errors
We understand that technology isn't always perfect. The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the case of verified technical failures on our end.
If you experience a Server Error (e.g., API timeout or 500 Internal Error) where your account credits were deducted, but the AI failed to deliver any output to your dashboard, you are entitled to a credit reimbursement.
- In such events, we will refund the lost credits back to your account balance.
- We do not issue cash refunds to your credit card for these errors; we only restore the computational credits.

If you believe there has been a billing error (such as a double charge) or if you need to report a technical issue regarding lost credits, our team is here to help.
Please contact our billing and support department within 7 days of the incident. Be sure to include your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all support tickets within 24-48 business hours.
